Financial Readiness & Obligations Planning
A clear, decision-ready financial file designed to support informed decisions and stronger financial organisation.
We organise financial information into a clear and consistent financial-readiness pack that presents obligations, cash flows, and periods of financial pressure. We also develop realistic obligations-planning and repayment scenarios supported by concise executive outputs, without promising approvals, terms, pricing, savings, or outcomes.
The Service
Fragmented records, unclear liabilities, or limited cash-flow visibility can weaken financial decisions. Maloon supports businesses and individuals by organising financial obligations, analysing cash flows, and preparing a professional financial-readiness pack for the client’s internal consideration and decision-making.
Our role in this service is strictly technical and advisory. We do not provide, arrange, broker, or negotiate financing, represent clients before financing providers or creditors, or amend financing or credit contracts.
Advisory Scope
- Obligations Analysis and Organisation: Consolidate liabilities, including amounts, maturities, payment schedules, costs, and key terms, into clear reports.
- Cash-Flow Analysis: Assess available cash flow for existing commitments and identify periods of financial pressure and their underlying causes.
- Financial Readiness Pack: Prepare clear, consistent financial information and supporting documentation for internal consideration and decision-making.
- Repayment and Obligations-Planning Scenarios: Develop realistic scenarios for managing existing commitments based on actual cash flows, with practical recommendations for consideration.
- Technical Clarification Support: When agreed in writing, explain the analysis and technical outputs to the client. If the client independently arranges a meeting with another party, Maloon's participation is limited to technical explanation and does not include submitting applications, negotiating terms, making commitments, or representing the client.
