The company provides financial, administrative, and strategic advisory services to organizations, including feasibility studies and financial analysis, financing and institutional readiness, obligations restructuring, governance and internal-control development, and support for growth and expansion plans. Maloon Finance also supports clients in assessing opportunities and projects and preparing the financial models and technical documentation required to engage with licensed financing providers and capital market institutions. Its role is strictly limited to advisory and technical work falling within the scope of its professional licences. Where a project relates to an investment fund or an activity regulated by the Capital Market Authority, Maloon Finance’s role is limited to permitted advisory and technical support.
